Text Engraving

Almost all our trophies and awards are suitable for engraving, some of the information you should consider including would be club name & logo, competition/tournament name, winners name and date. We have over 1500 font styles available, the most common font groups are Block, Roman, Script & Old English. We will always do artwork for your approval before commencing with the engraving. Most trophy cups also allow for a separate plinth and plinth band that can be engraved. Plinths not only bring additional prestige to a trophy but also serve a practical purpose. They can be used to engrave and record subsequent winners’ names and dates, i.e.

Logo Engraving

We will engrave your company or club logos for free on any silver or silver-plated trophies.

Logo Origination

There is a one-off origination (set-up) fee to cover the cost of converting a logo graphic into a format suitable for engraving. The fee is only paid once per logo. So if you are ordering more than one product with the same logo engraving or we need to resize a logo, you only pay the origination fee once. If ordering multiples of the same product, you only pay the origination fee once. If you are making a repeat or subsequent order using a logo that was originated for engraving on a previous order, you do not need to pay again.

Artwork Requirements:

• Ideally black & white, outline or blackout.
• We can accept almost any kind of file such as; eps, ai, jpeg, gif, png and bmp but please ensure that the file does not exceed 3MB (3000 KB) when emailing. Should you have files larger that this, we would recommend you to send it to us on a CD-Rom. We can also scan artwork from hardcopies, i.e. bromide or high resolution print.
• If given as colour, greyscale or just poor quality, etc. we can still work from these but involves time spent redrawing which will increase cost. We can also generate artwork from colour or black & white photographs of any subject matter.
• We do not require the artwork to scale.
