Payment Methods

We can take your payment over the phone using the following payment methods: Maestro (Switch), Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron, Connect and American Express. We also accept cheques or direct currency transfer.

 


 

Delivery

Normally 3 to 7 days, if you have any special requirements or require your items delivered for a specific date then please let us know. Most orders are completed within these timescales. However some orders, particularly those involving complex logo engraving or hand engraving may sometimes take longer. We will endeavour to keep you informed on the progress of your order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or TNT as our carriers.

Free delivery for orders over £200 (UK mainland only) Cost £9.95 per delivery address in mainland UK. Monday to Friday only. Overseas and non-mainland delivery is charged at cost.

All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address) or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery or Recorded item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and R. H. Wilkins cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as R. H. Wilkins will not be held liable for these.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address, military bases or secure home delivery boxes at this time.

All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability.

We are not able to refund or replace items that have been lost by Royal Mail until 20 days have passed since the date of despatch, or 30 days in the case of overseas delivery.

Breakages / Damaged goods

Breakages and damaged goods must be notified in writing or by email within 3 working days of delivery and you must send photographic evidence and include your R.H. Wilkins account number, and order reference.

Returning Orders

You may return an item complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging for a refund or credit within 21 days of receiving, however, where engraving has been applied directly onto an item, no refund will be available (unless an error on our behalf has been made). Delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. After a return has been received, it will usually take 1-2 weeks to process. We suggest you use an insured carrier i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery for your protection.
